The location right by the sea was fab. All the stuff were excellant giving some tips about the city. I loved this hotel and would come here again.

I can just recommend this place and come back. The hotel is quiet and location is incredible. The English breakfast is delicious with a wide range of meals. The property provides an excellent service.  

The staff were excellent and attentive all of the time.

The English breakfast was delicious, the staff was very hospitable. Its location at a short distance from Lowestoft South Beach was fab.

The breakfast was excellent with homemade marmalade with excellent food. The double room was stunning, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Wonderful, incredibly beautiful hotel with excellent people and fab location on the seafront. Absolutely perfect room with lovely beds, an electric kettle, a stone fireplace, and central heating.

Liked our stay at this comfortable hotel, it was wonderful. The breakfast was superb and enjoyable with homemade marmalade; the location was magnificent.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

The hotel was delightful, with fantastic location near the sea front. The rooms they have were quiet and stunning with tea tray as well as really comfy bed.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a business trip, everything was really good. The rooms were well-equipped with bath, felt like home.

The location of this B&B is fantastic, being close to the beach and seafront. It's also within walking distance to the town center, making it convenient to go out for a meal or drink. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with nice

Extremely spacious units with a very good breakfast, a fabulous view, as for instance, and the staff were very welcoming. The setting was marvellous and fantastic, really close to the seafront, a beautiful clean, and a fine restaurant.  

Fab location close to the seafront was a plus. Booked comfort queen room, that included coffee, facilities to make tea and a mini fridge.

celebrating our anniversary in lowestoft, britten house exceeded expectations. friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms. stress-free stay, great location near the beach. would definitely return.
